Before Getting Started
  1. Read the Riva Integration Server product overview to understand the server and crm relationship.
  2. Download the latest release of Riva and get a 15-day trial license.
  3. Ensure that your host server meets the minimum system requirements.
  4. Ensure that you read the Riva CRM Integration for Exchange Admin Guide.
