Report a Bug or
Error: You can report an error or bug clicking the "Request Support" link in the menu bar
of the
Riva application. Complete the form, click "Submit" and Riva will open a
case
in our helpdesk system and upload your configuration and log files. An
Omni
technical support staff member will contact you within 2 working
days.
