How to Apply an INTERIM Update Riva CRM for Exchange

Note:  These steps should only be performed when advised by Omni Technical Support.

These are the steps to apply an INTERIM update Riva CRM for Exchange:
  1. Open the Riva application. Hold down the CTRL key and click the "Check for Updates" link on the menu bar and follow the INTERIM update wizard to complete the file download.

  2. Close the Riva application.

  3. Open the Riva application.  Double-click on the Riva icon (top left).  This should open a details window.  Confirm that the version number matches INTERIM update.  Close the details window.

  4. Open the Riva CRM Monitor.  Click the "Start" button the start the service.
