We are running Exchange 2003 and SugarCRM Enterprise v6.

When Riva Sync Server is running it creates so many Apache instances on the SugarCRM server that the server eventually stops responding and all that can be done is a reboot.

Is this a known issue? Can we limit the amount of connections Riva can submit at one time? Is it just a memory or CPU issue on the SugarCRM server?

Please help!!

In the Riva application, click the "Request Support" link in the menu bar.  Complete the form and submit.  Someone from technical support will contact you to help troubleshoot your problem.
