Problem 1:
The recent release of SugarCRM 6.1 introduced a change to the logic
for handling appointments that results in the creator of appointments
being removed from attendee list for appointments.
For Riva CRM for Exchange environments that synchronize to
SugarCRM 6.1, when a user creates a private appointment in their email
client and assigns the SugarCRM category to the appointment (either
manually or automatically), Riva CRM will synchronize the new private
appointment to SugarCRM which will remove the user as an attendee. On
the next Riva CRM sync cycle, Riva will remove the user from the
attendee list which in effect deletes the private appointment from
Exchange.
This problem may also affect personal posted and private appointments in GroupWise environments. FIX: Refer to http://kb.omni-ts.com/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=263 for resolution.
Problem 2:
The recent release of SugarCRM 6.1 introduced a change to the logic
for handling appointments that results in the creator of appointments
being removed from attendee list for appointments.
For Riva CRM for Exchange environments that synchronize to
SugarCRM 6.1, when a user creates a multi-attendee appointment in their
CRM account SugarCRM removes the creating user as an attendee from the
appointment. Riva CRM will synchronize the new appointment to
Exchange to all attendees except the user creating the appointment. The
user can find the appointment and manually add themself as an attendee
to the appointment and Riva CRM will synchronize the appointment to the
user on the next sync cycle
This problem may also affect GroupWise environments. FIX: Refer to http://kb.omni-ts.com/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=264 for resolution.
