Job Description

We are looking to recruit regional sales managers for ServiceControl. ServiceControl provides customers with a simpler way to manage user accounts, access and identities across multiple cloud-based services and on-premises systems:

Position Objective

With the release of ServiceControl 3.7, we are looking to add a team of sales professionals who have a strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets by prospecting and qualifying business opportunities in the identity management space. You will work closely with the ServiceControl team to implement business development strategies, participate in local trade shows and follow up with potential customers.

Responsibilities


  • Meet and/or exceed revenue targets by prospecting and qualifying business opportunities
  • Apply proven consultative selling techniques
  • Manage customer communications to ensure their needs are met
  • Participate in the expansion of Omni's sales channel
  • Act as a company advocate and demonstrate a passion for technology and customer service
  • Prospect and follow up on leads from customers in the region

Required Skills and Experience


  • Five years' experience in a senior sales position related to software, cloud, IT sales or professional or consulting services
  • Experience working for technology partners and resellers or IDM vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SailPoint, Novell, CA, IBM, Telus, Bell, etc.)
  • Experience delivering solutions related to IT Account Management, Identity Management, Risk or Security Management or other enterprise software solutions
  • A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • A "hunter" with a strong sense of urgency, independence and organisational skills
  • Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt and create new opportunities
  • Passion for technology and helping people and companies be successful
  • University and/or other Post-secondary degree preferred
  • Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter with demonstrated sales ability
  • Ability to travel in North America
  • Strong Rolodex of business contacts
