We are looking to add a senior software developer / core team member to our developer group. Our objective is to hire an expert developer to coordinate developer team work with our CTO and core developer team to add Active Directory, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Zimbra, GoogleApps, and CRM and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft NAV, etc.) to our Riva Collaboration Integration Server and eControl products. As a senior developer and manager, you will be working on leading edge development projects with leading edge tools. The results of your development efforts will have an impact on companies around the world.

Description
Reporting to the CTO, you will work in a multi-skilled team environment that includes software developers, the CEO and Director of Marketing. You will bring strong team player skills and provide self-motivation, integrity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
You will have significant experience in working with advanced Microsoft C#, ASP.NET development in a Microsoft stack environment and will have worked on projects that integrate third-party solutions. Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to see through the mechanics of a unit test-based, structured development process and focus on the art of innovative development
- Interested in making a difference and building innovative solutions
- Experience in an AGILE development philosophy driven by NUNIT testing supported by TRAC and Subversion bug-tracking and software versioning tools
- Minimum of five years experience in programming Windows Visual Studio and .NET environments
- Experience with software planning and tracking software in an Agile development environment
- Experience developing applications that use web service to web service data transformation to integrate with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint; Lotus Notes; or CRM, ERP and third-party database systems (SugarCRM, Microsoft CRM, PeopleSoft, SAP, and others)
- Interested in working on software solutions that will be used around the world in everything from small business to fortune 500 enterprise envrironments
- Preference give to candidates with a Masters degree within the past five years.
- Excellent skills with C#, ASP.NET and MS Web services in an Object Oriented development environment
- Excellent XML, XSLT and CSS skills
- Ability to work effectively with other team members and relate well with members of management and employees
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Certifications are an asset (MCAD, MCSD, MSDBA, MCSE)
- German language skills are an asset
