About Riva Integration Server
Omni's Riva Integration Server for GroupWise delivers transparent, bi-directional synchronisation of address book information, appointments, tasks and leads and notes between GroupWise and Microsoft SharePoint, SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GoldMine, Oracle CRM On Demand, SageCRM On Demand, info@hand CRM, Bluefin CRM, FaceBook and SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and Postgres).
Use Riva to deliver a single, unified view of CRM data in GroupWise. Users enter data once in GroupWise or their CRM interface and no longer need to manually cut and paste information from one application to another. Opportunities, quotes and cases are synchronised to GroupWise and can be edited using the Omni ConnectBar directly from GroupWise.
