Desktop and Enterprise Editions
- Riva Desktop Edition (Version 1) : Riva Desktop Edition is a synchronisation application that runs directly on users' desktops. Each client synchronises a single account. The setup process is similar to configuring an IMAP email account. Nothing is installed on the server. Best option for companies with fewer than 10 accounts. Required for hosted CRM versions. The current release support SugarCRM and info@hand CRM. We are currently in Public BETA for Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.
- Riva Enterprise Edition: Riva Enterprise Edition runs as a central synchronisation agent that synchronises multiple destination accounts. The Enterprise Edition leverages the GroupWise Trusted Application architecture to allow a single application synchronise data. Best used in environments with multiple accounts to be synchronised.
