Whether you choose Riva Integration Server On-Premise or Live Edition, Riva unites your CRM and third-party application with your email system to provide complete collaboration integration between the two systems. Your users' CRM and email address books will always be in sync. Add a contact to your address book (Windows, Linux, Macintosh, WebAccess, Outlook, Evolution, IMAP, BlackBerry, GMS, Novell DataSync or other mobile device) and that contact is added to your CRM. Mark a task as completed on your BlackBerry or GroupWise Mobile Server device and that task is marked as completed in your CRM. Create an opportunity in your target CRM and that opportunity is synchronised to your email account and is available on-line or off-line.

Riva's ConnectBar™  allows users to review, edit or delete CRM opportunities, quotes and cases directly from their email client. NO PLUG-INS to install or manage! NO USER TRAINING is required because Riva leverages the power of the native Exchange and GroupWise server and native Outlook and GroupWise client functionality. This results in much faster user adoption and more efficient information management.

Riva's SmartConvert Drop Folders™ allow you to drag and drop a customer email into the folder and automatically create an opportunity, quote, support case or archived email in the target CRM. If the email is from a new customer, it automatically creates the contact, company and opportunity and assigns the opportunity to the creating account - no touch CRM data creation!
