Whether you choose Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise Desktop Edition or Enterprise Edition (available in late April), Riva unites your CRM and GroupWise solutions to provide complete collaboration integration between the two systems. Your users' CRM and GroupWise information will always be in sync. Add a contact to GroupWise in any GroupWise client (Windows, Linux, Macintosh, WebAccess, BlackBerry or other mobile device) and that contact is added to your CRM. Mark a task as completed on your BlackBerry and that task is marked as completed in your CRM. Create an opportunity in SugarCRM and that opportunity is synchronised to GroupWise.
Riva's ConnectBar™ allows users to review, edit or delete CRM opportunities, quotes and cases directly from the GroupWise client interface. This results in much faster and more efficient information management.
Riva's SmartConvert Drop Folders™ allow you to drag and drop a customer email into the folder and automatically create an opportunity, quote, support case or archived email. If the email is from a new customer, it automatically creates the contact, company and opportunity and assigns the opportunity to the creating account - no touch CRM data creation!
