Desktop and Enterprise Editions
- Riva Desktop Edition: Riva Desktop Edition is a synchronisation application that runs on users' desktops. Each client synchronises a single account. The setup process is similar to configuring an IMAP email account. Nothing is installed on your servers. Riva Desktop Edition is the preferred option for companies with fewer than 10 accounts.
- Riva Enterprise Edition: Riva Enterprise Edition runs as a central synchronisation agent for multiple accounts. Riva Enterprise Edition leverages the GroupWise Trusted Application architecture to allow a single instance of Riva to synchronise multiple accounts.

Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise delivers transparent, two-way synchronisation of appointments, tasks, notes and address book information between GroupWise and SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and info@hand CRM. Riva SmartConvert Drop Folders™ allow you to automatically convert a customer email into a CRM opportunity, case, quote or archived email.

Use Riva to deliver a single, unified view of all CRM calendar and contact data in GroupWise. Your CRM contact data is available on your mobile device and all GroupWise clients! Users enter data once in GroupWise or their CRM interface and no longer need to manually cut and paste information from one application to another. Riva automates this process!
Desktop and Mobile Client Access to CRM Data
Enter a task as complete in your GroupWise client (Windows, Linux, WebAccess, BlackBerry or other), and that task is marked as completed in your CRM. Riva synchronises CRM data to your GroupWise server. All GroupWise desktop clients (Windows, Linux, WebAccess, Mac) can access Riva CRM synchronised data. CRM contact data is synchronised to your BlackBerry, Palm, Windows Mobile, Nokia and other supported mobile devices.
