Riva Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is Riva CRM Integration for GroupWise?
A: Omni developed Riva CRM Integration to deliver transparent, bi-directional synchronisation of appointments, phone calls, tasks, notes and address books between Novell GroupWise and SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
Q: How does Riva CRM Integration work?
A: There are two versions of Riva CRM Integration. The Desktop edition gets installed on the user's desktop and runs independently of other user accounts. The Enterprise edition provides centralised management and control for multiple accounts.
Riva delivers appointment, phone call, task, note, contact, organisation and activity synchronisation between GroupWise and SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
Riva supports all GroupWise clients (Windows, Linux, Mac, WebAccess) and is compatible with GroupWise Mobile Server and BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Q: How does licensing work?
A: Riva is licensed based on the number of CRM accounts that need to be synchronised to GroupWise. Check pricing page for more details - www.omni-ts.com/newsroom/pricing.html.
Q: What other CRMs do you plan to support?
A: Omni plans to deliver GroupWise integration for other leading CRMs based on customer demand. These CRMs include ACT!, Gold Mine, Maximizer, Sage CRM, vtiger and Oracle CRM. Please share your integration needs with us through our Contact Us form - www.omni-ts.com/contact-us.html.
