Users enter data once into their mail client or Salesforce and the data gets synchronized automatically between both systems at the server level. Riva Integration Server ships with a free Riva Single Sign-On for Salesforce service. Riva Single Sign-on for Salesforce means users don't have to remember a separate Salesforce password. Salesforce Version Compatibility


Riva is compatible with Salesforce Professional and Enterprise versions. Riva uses the Salesforce API for synchronisation. If you are using a Salesforce 30-day test account, you will need to request that the APIs be enabled for your account.
