I just started having the same problem. We`re running GWIA 5.5.5 on Netware 5.1 Small Business. Even after restarting GEE and the GWIA multiple times. The only way I got the program to run was to do an over-install of GEE again. So far its running OK.

I understand this is suppose to be fixed in 1.3.1. Do you have an ETA for the release yet?

We still haven`t received final sign-off from all of the internal BETA testers. 1.3.1 will be well worth the wait. There is one web interface bug that is left to clean up. I hope that will be finished for June 27.

Regards,

Aldo

Hi Robert,

You were actually having a problem getting the software to load?

Was an error printed out in the logger screen (or Console < NW6)?

The software loaded just fine. It looked like it was scanning but when I sent test messages to various accounts from an external mail account I could see the messages arrive in the GWIA but there would be no increase in the number of incoming e-mails scanned in the statistics and no record of the mail message in the log file. GEE Whiz just didn`t see the mail coming in.

That`s very strange.

There`s been numerous bug fixes in 1.3.1 beta (now public, and another version that fixes some problems w/4.11 on the way). Let me know if that helps with your problems.
