One of the main drivers of our acquisition of GEE Whiz was the elimination of duplication of effort. Darryl and Jeff are two very smart guys. For example, their textual classifier is nothing short of brilliant, but the technology wasn't getting the attention it deserved because their talents were being diverted to projects like the MTA scanner.

GWAVA has a fantastic MTA Scanner, and quite frankly, Jeff and Darryl were wasting their time duplicating technology that already existed. Our combined development talent will allow us to deliver better technology faster by eliminating that overlap.

That being said, GEE Whiz customers now have access to the GWAVA MTA and POA scanners in the following ways. This is exclusive to Omni, so be sure to contact Omni to take advantage:

- GEE Whiz 2.0 is shipping in a few short weeks without a MTA scanner. If you have upgrade protection, you are entitled to 2.0.

- As long as you keep your upgrade protection up to date, The next version of GEE Whiz (probably end of summer or early fall) will contain a lot of GWAVA technology including the MTA and POA scanner. With upgrade protection in good standing, that technology is yours.

- If you cannot wait a few months for the combined GEE Whiz/GWAVA technology, you can get GWAVA immediately for $3 per user. GWAVA is normally $13 per user, but through Omni we are offering GWAVA at a price never offered before.

Our objective is to make sure that all GEE Whiz customers continue to have access to your favorite product, while at the same time giving you all the advantages of a 4th generation POA and MTA scanner.
