hello,
Over the past few days Gee Whiz has been locking up. The server shows a soft abend(a <1> on the console). It has been doing this once per day. We have to shut down the server and reboot in order for mail to process again. When we purchased the software we did not buy the software upgrade, so I cannot upgrade to the latest version I assume. Ever since we installed, the software would freeze, usually once every two weeks. Wasnt that big of a deal, but now its happening daily. Below are details as well as part of the latest abend.log. Please let me know what I can do here. As of now I am not running the software do to the lock ups.
