1. If i try to upgrade my servers fri versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1c to versin 1.4.x gee shows that LIC files is corrupted. How can I update my older versions.
2. Server with version 1.3.0 removes only the part of netsky.p virus, but any messages comes to users. This problem comes only with netsky.p virus. I`ve got the latest version of McAfee virus scanner and it`s really works with gee 1.3.1

Hello, Tsyganov Nick.

Do you have a copy of your original licence file that we would have sent you via email? Delete the three .lic files that are located in the SYS:\GEE folder and place a new copy of the geewhiz.lic file in the GEE diretory. Load GEE on the server and then check your licence status in the Web Administration Console.

To perform an upgrade you must have a support and service contract that has not expired.

Please let us know if this does not solve your challenge.
