Does your product send an individual email or is there a chance of someone getting my entire mailing list?

Privacy of individual email lists

As long as you select to add you emails to the BC list (instead of the CC option), there should be no possibility for someone to see your email list. If you choose to add the email names to the CC: list, everyone will be able to see all of the names of the people who received the email. If you are interested in sending personalised emails on a one-by-one basis, you can look at our GWmerge programme.

You will need to put a name in the TO: field because GroupWise will not allow the TO: field to be empty. Most people just send the email to a fake account or to their own account.

In addition, you will see all the recipients in your own copy of the email in your GroupWise (assuming you sent yourself a copy) but you can be assured that the recipients will not see the other recipients in your "BCC" field.
