We are currently using GWMerge version 2.0.3 and GroupWise 6.5.

I have a user who is experiencing the following problem:

When sending out a mass email to approximately 2,300 clients with a 54K attachment, the Groupwise Merge program crashed 4 times with the following error message: Error #2147352567 Source: MessageObject Location: SendGroupWiseEmail. The program merges 500 emails and sends them out, then goes in and deletes the "sent mail" box. After that it goes back to merge another 500.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hello, Colleen.

At what point does it crash? Is it always at the same point?  The error source of MessageObject is the GroupWise client itself.
