When reporting bugs or issues with Omni Messenger client for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile devices in this forum, please provide the following information:

  1. Device Brand and Model:  HP iPAQ
  2. Omni Mobile build number:
  3. Server OS version including service packs, patches, etc:
  4. GroupWise version: 
  5. Error messages observed:
  6. Description of problem:
