Problem:  What is "SPL Login failed [0xD146]: 10.90.1.65 - Required credentials are missing" error when I login to Omni Messenger client?

Description:  This error appears when the GroupWise Messenger server has not been upgraded to SP2. Please refer to Can't Login to Messenger - Required Credentials are Missing - TID10094182 for additional details.

Solution:  Apply SP2 to the Groupwise Messenger server.
