Hello

 

I got this error message when i try to configure the policy of my Omni Mobile in Groupwise:

 

"This account has not been activated for Omni Mobile access. Please contact your Omni Mobile administrator"

 

I'm actually listed in the authorized users.

Please ensure that the user you are trying to access omni mobile through has been added to the authorized users list and that there are no spaces between the comma seperated entries. 

For example 'johnj,janer, samw' could create an issue.  The "samw" user would not be enabled.
