When reporting bugs or issues with Omni Syncaphone server in this forum, please provide the following information:

SERVER ISSUES

  1. Server OS version including service packs, patches, etc. - e.g. NetWare 6.5 SP 2
  2. GroupWise version - e.g. GroupWise 6.5.4
  3. Omni Syncaphone version - e.g. Syncaphone 1.0.9.3
  4. Error messages observed
  5. Description of problem
