Welcome to the technical support forum for the Omni Mobile client on all mobile devices.  This forum will contain posts and information that apply to ALL clients, regardless of device.  This forum will reduce duplication of information and ensure that posts in the client type specific forums remains relevant to the device type.

The current release is available for download and includes a new client for Nokia Series 60 (2nd Generation) devices and a public beta client for Windows Mobile Smart Phone Edition devices like the Motorola Q and Cingular 2125 devices.

We have enhanced our collection of online resources to include new concise Quickstart Guides for users, flash Quick Tours, revised product information and documentation.

Forums have been esablished for specific device types:

CLIENT ISSUES

Please refer to the "Omni Mobile Client Tips" to see if there is a resolution already available.  If there is no resolution available in these forums, please send an email to support@omni-ts.com or use the "Contact Us" form and provide the following information:

  1. Device Brand and Model:  Nokia 6230, etc
  2. Omni Mobile Syncaphone build number:
  3. Server OS version including service packs, patches, etc:
  4. GroupWise version:
  5. Error messages observed:
  6. Description of problem:

SERVER ISSUES

Please refer to the "Omni Mobile Server Tips" to see if there is a resolution already available.  If there is no suitable tip, please search the "Omni Mobile Server for GroupWise Synchronisation" forum.  If there is no resolution available in these forums, please follow the steps in "Reporting Omni Mobile Server Problems"

You can also report bugs or product enhancements using the online "Contact-Us" form.  Information can also be sent by email to support@omni-ts.com.    Please include the words Omni Mobile in the subject line.
