Welcome to the technical support forum for the Enterprise User Management and Import Utility (EMU).

When reporting bugs or issues with EMU in this forum, please provide the following information:

EMU ISSUES

  1. Desktop OS version including service packs, patches, etc. - e.g. Windows XP Pro SP2 
  2. EMU release - e.g. 3.6.33
  3. Version of NDS or eDiectory and host server - e.g. eDir 8.7.3 on Windows 2000 SP4 
  4. Error messages observed
  5. Description of problem
