Users have several means to report bugs or request technical support which includes: - Post a Question - go to the EMU Section of our new Documentation and Knowledgebase and click the "Ask a Question" button.
- Live Chat - from any page on our Omni website click on the "Live Chat Online" graphic in the top right corner if it is available.
- Fill Out a Contact Us Form - from any page on our Omni website click the "Contact Us" link in the top right corner, complete and submit the online form and a member of the Omni staff will contact you.
- Call Technical Support - call +1.780.423.4200 and ask for support.
When reporting bugs, please provide the following information:
EMU ISSUES
- Desktop OS version including service packs, patches, etc. - e.g. Windows XP Pro SP2
- EMU release - e.g. 3.6.33
- Version of NDS or eDiectory and host server - e.g. eDir 8.7.3 on Windows 2000 SP4
- Error messages observed
- Description of problem
