When I install software appears the following error

Error executing
/bin/chmod a+x /opt/syncaphone/toi.jar

I have root permision,

Groupwise 7

SUSE 9, 2.6.5-7.201-smp

java version "1.4.2"

Please helpme

Hi,

This message is generated if there is a problem with installation. It is does not mean that root rights are missing.

We need to see a copy of your install_report.txt and install_parameters.txt which can be found in the /opt/syncaphone/.  Please forward by email to gordw@omni-ts.com.

We will see what happened and what kind of problem occured.
