I've located the option to update the Mailbox while in the mailbox, and the option to update the Calendar while in calendar, but where is the option to update the address book?

With the latest client (2.0.0.3 or higher) you sholuld be able to:

  1. Open the address book
  2. Tap on "Show Contacts" tab (tap twice if nothing happens)
  3. You should see three menu choices ... tap "Contacts" and choose "Update Contacts"
  4. The client should immediately check the Omni Mobile server to see if there are any address book updates to copy to the device.

To download the latest client, you need to download the omnimobile.zip file from the URL link indicated in your initial Omni Mobile download email.
