Hello,

I installed the lastest version and I noticed I cannot use the navigation button to scroll through e-mails. This is quite annoying. Also I noticed that retrieving e-mails and navigating through omni mobile is very slow as well.

Is this going to corrected soon.

Hello, Frank.

With the latest release for the Treo 650, the "four-way" navigation button should allow you to scroll up and down. The only function that is not available on the Palm is using the middle button to select an item. Within Omni Mobile, you need to use the "enter key" rather than the middle button. If this is not working as described, please update to the latest release by selecting the download link at:

The speed of retrieving emails and navigating is a function of the speed of the connection and the number of emails, calendar items or contacts in an address book. I use a Treo 650 and have 1,600 contacts in my Frequent Contacts Address Book (set as default). Yes that address book is quite slow when doing the automatic lookup. The smaller address books are much faster.

Of all of the devices that we support, the Treo 650 has the slowest response times.
