I'm experiencing an issue when attempting to view shared folders on my mobile device (Palm Treo 700w):

Although the folder in the main view indicates the total message count, when the folder is opened nothing is displayed.

I do not seem to have this issue with personal (unshared) folders. Am I missing a step somehow?

Thanks,

Jeffrey Majette

Hello, Jeffrey.

With Omni Mobile, there should be no difference between synchronizing regular folders and shared folders.  Is this a folder that has been shared with you or a folder that you are sharing with someone else?

Do you see the "shared" icon associated with the folder?  Just like the full GroupWise client, Omni Mobile uses three different icons for folders:  shared with you, shared by you, and unshared folders.

Please confirm the following settings in the Omni Mobile user profile:

1.  On the "Shared Folder" that has been selected to be synchronized, the number of days to "retain" should be greater than than the number of days to "copy".  See the following screen shot:

2.  If the synchronization cycle is set to "Manual", you will need to do a manual update to the folder on the Omni Mobile client.

If one of these does not solve the problem, please send an email to support@omni-ts.com or contact Shane Gaudry at +1.780.423.4200.

Regards,

Aldo Zanoni
