Hello, Jeffrey.
With Omni Mobile, there should be no difference between synchronizing regular folders and shared folders. Is this a folder that has been shared with you or a folder that you are sharing with someone else?
Do you see the "shared" icon associated with the folder? Just like the full GroupWise client, Omni Mobile uses three different icons for folders: shared with you, shared by you, and unshared folders.
Please confirm the following settings in the Omni Mobile user profile:
1. On the "Shared Folder" that has been selected to be synchronized, the number of days to "retain" should be greater than than the number of days to "copy". See the following screen shot: http://www.omni-ts.com/mobile-groupwise/screenshots.html#scr eenshot_8
2. If the synchronization cycle is set to "Manual", you will need to do a manual update to the folder on the Omni Mobile client.
