I will need some additional information to assist you with this problem.  The cause of a white or blank screen on the Omni Mobile tab in Webaccess can be for several reasons.

Which operating system are you using to run Omni Mobile?  If you are using Netware,  please step through the process of trying to access the Omni Mobile tab,  then log out of webaccess, stop Tomcat,  and send me the omnimobile.log file from your tomcat\4\logs\ folder (tomcat\33\logs\ is you are running tomcat 33).  You may restart Tomcat after sending the log file.

Were you issued a new license recently or has anything on the server changed?

Hello.

We are seeing several challenges:

1)  The cryptographic library is usually caused by not having a user policy specified.  That is understandable because you cannot get the Omni Mobile page in WebAccess.

2)  The lack of an Omni Mobile page in WebAccess usually indicates one of several different problems.

We need to determine the cause of the server installation challenge first. Please make a JPG screenshot of the Omni Mobile page in WebAccess. Then unload tomcat on your server.  This will force Omni Mobile to write out to its log file.  Do not uninstall Omni Mobile until you obtain and email use a copy of the following files:

* SYS:\Novell\WebAccess\webacc.cfg
* SYS:\tomcat\4\logs\omnimobile.log
* SYS:\tomcat\4\webapps\gw\WEB-INF\web.xml
* SYS:\tomcat\4\webapps\gw\WEB-INF\web.xml.omnimobile
*  SYS:\tomcat\4\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes\omnimobile.proper ties
* JPG screenshot file
* SYS:\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf

Once you have the files, you can uninstall Omni Mobile if you wish.  You should start Tomcat to resume normal WebAccess service for your users.  You can email those files to shaneg@omni-ts.com, cc:gordw@omni-ts.com.
