Problem:  After an installation, the Omni Mobile Administrator does not get the Admin template in the "General" page when accessing the Omni Mobile tab or icon in GroupWise WebAccess. 

Requirements: See how the admin can:
  1. Manually authorize users for Omni Mobile
  2. Enable "Debug" logging to enable better troubleshooting
  3. Manually enable the Omni Mobile admin account
