Question:  How can I suggest an enhancement or improvement to the Omni Mobile server?

Answer:  The best way is to complete a Contact Us online form:
  • Choose "Technical Support" as the topic.
  • Include "Product Enhancement" in the subject.
  • Choose "Mobility - Omni Mobile Device Support" for the product.
  • Ensure that you provide your name, contact email and phone number where you can be reached.
  • Describe the problem and suggested enhancement in the message.
Some one will contact you to discuss your enhancement request with you.
