Question:  Whenever I attempt to send, reply-to, forward and email or update a folder, I get a "Unable to contact server.  Error: ConnectTimeout" error window.  What is wrong?

Answer:  Your device does not have connectivity.  Check for wireless or cradled connectivity.  Any email that you attempted to send, forward or reply-to will be queued and will be sent to the Omni Mobile server once connectivity is restored.
