Problem:  After performing a "On Device - First-run Wizard", the connectivity status keeps looping between "Checking for Changes" and "Folder(s) Changed: 1 of x" (where x is a decreasing number with each refresh).

Resolution:  This is normal activity.  The client is updating pointer information in each folder before copying contacts, calendar and email data to the device.  Be patient and let the process finish.  If it is taking too long, the user may want to either use the desktop setup utility (omnimobile-desktop.exe) or reduce the amount of messages being initially copied to the device as well as the number of address books being copied over the air by modifying the folder and address book update policies.  Refer to the "Configure Omni Mobile User Synchronization Profile Quick Start Guide" for more details.
