Problem:  The client is not updating data or policies.

Resolution:  The most common reasons that this opccurs are:
  • Device connectivity problems
  • Weak device battery
  • Improper upgrade installation of the client
  • Incorrect client options set
Refer to Troubleshooting Guidelines for appropriate corrective action.
