Hello,

After using EMU 3.6.33 for some time now, I have a few really simple recommendations to improve the user experience that should take little development time to implement. These are minor changes, EMU is a great program but if 3.6.34 is under development I thought I'd pass these along.

1.) Make the Load File Dialogs and the Save File Dialogs default back to the previously used location.

2.) When duplicate names are found upon creation - display not only the recommended changed username and the username but also the other import fields. That way if there is a Jim Smith and a Jack Smith, I can correct make the username JaSmith easily. Without trying to guess which one was the one in conflct. ;^) (E.g. We do first initial + lastname for usernames. Upon conflict we add one more letter of their first name.)

3.) Double check the code for saving the profile as it seems to not save the password length requirement correctly. This requires you to then load the profile and re-enter a value higher than 5. We use 7.

Is anyone monitoring this forum?

One other minor change that I would like, is if under the NDS Password tab if you select Save NDS Passwords To Text File that it defaulted to appending the fields in the import file.

Again, thank you for your feedback. EMU's feature set grows as a direct result of customer requests. Version 3.6.40 will incorporate most of your feature requests.

1) NDS Password tab, auto-select appending fields to import file.
2) Load/Save File Dialogs, remember previous file selection location.
3) Create Profile, minimum password length no being saved/loaded.

Your other request regarding duplicate naming handling strategies has been added to the feature request for a future version of EMU.
