Problem: I want to force the reassignments of all monitor-keyboard-mouse desktop assignments. Is there a way to do this?
Answer: Yes. You can also force the Linux Desktop Multiplier to reassign all monitor-keyboard-mouse configurations.
- Login as Root, click "start" and choose "Additional Applications" (on SLED 10) or navigate through the menus to find "Userful" (in openSUSE 10)
- Open "Userful"
- In the Userful window, click "Reset all Keyboards". This will cause all monitor-keyboard-mouse assignments to be reset. Select the appropriate key (F1, F2, F3, etc.) to re-assign the combinations, just as you would after installing and running the Linux Desktop Multiplier for the first time.
See page five of the Multiplied Linux Desktop Migration Strategy White Paper for more information.
