Question:  How do I add extra accounts to a Linux Desktop Multiplier system?

Answer:  The Linux Desktop Multiplier does not provide user management functions.  It relies on the user management components of the native OS.  For example, if local users/passwords are being used, add additional users in Yast.  If LDAP authentication is being used, then manage the users in the LDAP directory.

To add more stations to the Linux Desktop Multiplier, you need to add the required number of video heads (single or dual-head video cards), USB keyboards and mice to be used by the Multiplier.  More information on how the Linux Desktop Multiplier works is available in the Multiplied Linux Desktop Migration Strategy White Paper
