Problem: Customer reported that when they try to run the Omni Mobile installer, they see the following error:

Answer: The admin tried to run the installer from a command line console. You must open a terminal console while in the GUI on the server to run the installer. Please refer to the installation instructions in the "Omni Mobile Admin Guide" for more details.
