Question:  Is is possible to bulk manage the members of GroupWise Distribution Lists?

Answer:  Yes.  EMU allows you to bulk manage GroupWise Distribution List member accounts by finding and right-clicking a Distribution List in the 'NDS Information' view (red and blue person icon).  You will be given two choices:

1)  'Modify Members' Accounts' opens a 'Modify Members' Accounts' window displaying member user accounts.  You can de-select any account you do not want to bulk manage.  Click Next and then make any changes to the selected accounts that you wish including adding or deleting users from distribution lists and all other EMU bulk modification options.  Click 'Modify' to enforce the changes.

2)  'Select Members' Accounts in NDS View' opens a 'Select Group Members' window.  Deselect any users that you do not want to find. Click 'Next' and EMU will find and select the users in the 'NDS Information' view.  You can then right-click any selected user to carry out the EMU bulk modifications to be made.
