Desktop Multiplier 3.7 is available for download. Recent
releases include the following enhancements: Desktop Multiplier 3.7 released 2010.02.12 (refer to the change log for the complete list of changes):
- 64-bit packages (as well 32-bit) in both RPM and DEB formats
- Supports the latest distros: Ubuntu (9.10 & 9.04), SLED 11, and Fedora 11
- Additional video card support
- Improved audio device handling
- Improved product download page makes finding the right download much easier
- Numerous other bug-fixes and improvements
You must have a current licence with software upgrade protection and support to upgrade to this version.
Desktop Multiplier is not designed to allow a newer version to be
installed over an existing installed version. To perform a
trouble-free upgrade of Desktop Multiplier, you must follow these steps:
- Logon as the root user.
- Open a terminal session and run the uninstaller script.
- Restart your workstation.
- Logon as the root user.
- Open a terminal session and run the installer script for the latest release.
