Question: I manage a mixed desktop environment that includes Windows, Macintosh
and Novell Linux Desktops. Will Omni Mobile work for all of my users?
Answer: Omni Mobile for GroupWise 2.x supports "Desktop-based" and "Browser-based" client installation. Administrators can use the Omnimobile-Desktop
program or the new "On Device" first run wizard to transfer client .pdb
database files to the device. After the initial installation,
Over-the-Air devices will be updated without needing to be reconnected
to the desktop. The Omni Mobile client can be installed from Novell
Linux Desktop, Macintosh OSX and Windows workstations.
