12031 or "ConnectionReset"
|
Problem - Network connection may not be
active. Unable to resolve server address. This
indicates a connectivity problem.
Resolution - Confirm that
wireless or cradled connectivity is available and try again. Confirm that the web server supports port 443.

Error
12045 or “InvalidCA”
|
Problem - "The server security
certificate was signed by an un-trusted certificate authority …” The application is unfamiliar with the Certificate
Authority that generated the server's certificate. Your WebAccess server is using a
non-commercial locally generated certificate.
Resolution - On
Pocket PC or Windows Mobile devices, copy and install a SSL certificate
file onto the device. See "Using a Non-Commercial Locally-Generated
SSL Certificate" in the "Omni Mobile Admin Guide".

Error
12038 or “CertDNInvalid”
|
Problem - "The server has a signed
certificate that does not match the server's name. Unable to establish an SSL
connection." The SSL certificate common name (host name field) is
incorrect—for example, if you entered www.server.com and the common name on
the certificate says www.different.com.
Resolution - Replace the certificate on the
device with one that uses the correct host name. Refer to "How to Fix Server SSL Certificate Errors" for steps on how to replace a invalid certificate.

12037 or “CertDateInvalid”
|
Problem - "The server has a signed
certificate but the date could not be validated. Unable to establish an SSL
connection." The SSL certificate date that was
received from the server is bad. The
certificate is expired.
Resolution
- Replace the certificate on the device with a new one. Refer to "How to Fix Server SSL Certificate Errors" for steps on how to replace a invalid certificate.

12055 or “CertErrors”
|
Problem - "The server has a signed
certificate but contained multiple errors.
Unable to establish an SSL connection until these errors are
addressed." The SSL certificate contains errors.
Resolution - Replace the
certificate on the device with a corrected one. Refer to "How to Fix Server SSL Certificate Errors" for steps on how to replace a invalid certificate.

|
Problem
- "The
server has a signed certificate that was revoked by a certificate
authority. Unable to establish an SSL
connection." The SSL certificate was revoked.
Resolution - Replace the
certificate on the device with a replacement certificate. Refer to "How to Fix Server SSL Certificate Errors" for steps on how to replace a invalid certificate.

|
Problem - "The server has a signed
certificate that was deemed invalid.
Unable to establish an SSL connection." The SSL
certificate is invalid.
Resolution - Replace the
certificate on the device with a corrected one. Refer to "How to Fix Server SSL Certificate Errors" for steps on how to replace a invalid certificate.

12039 or “HttpsRedirect”
|
Problem - "The client attempted to connect via HTTP, but the
server attempted to redirect to HTTPS.
Server requires an SSL connection." The connection
requires the use of https:// in the URL.
Resolution - Login in offline
mode and set client options to use https:// in the URL for WebAccess.
