Question: How do I answer "Should Omni Mobile stop attemting to process this item?" While
updating the device displays "Error: unable to process request. Please
contact your system administrator. (4022) Should Omni Mobile stop
attempting to process this item? "Yes" or "No".
Answer: This would indicate that the Mobile device is trying to carry out an
action on an item that no longer exists in your GroupWise mail store.
For example, the device synchronized three emails to your Mailbox. You
delete two of the emails from your Windows Client. Before the next sync
cycle, which would delete these emails from the device, you delete them
on the device. When the device connects, it tells the server to delete
emails that no longer exist in the client.
If you know this to be the case, you would choose YES. If you choose
NO, the next time Omni Mobile syncs, it will include the same request
in the update.
