Running a 30-day trial of OmniMobile v2.2.4.45 on a Palm Treo 650, server is NW6.5 with GW7.01.
When I access the calendar, it comes up with the current month at
first, then a refresh appears to take place and the previous month
comes up, and I get the following message...
"CalendarLoader.LoadMonth: Exception: Object variable or With block variable not set"
... I can then click OK to clear the message but I have to manually advance the the current month.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob

Hello, Robert.
Please send me an email (to gordw@omni-ts.com) and I will email you a debug client for your device so we can determine what is happening.
Regards,

Hi Robert.
I am posting your question from your email, so everyone can benefit from the answer.
Gordon
Question: I noticed that you can't create a posted appointment, or edit existing appointments... will this be addressed in future releases?
Answer: Two part answer:
- Omni Mobile currently does not include creating posted appointments. You can use GroupWise rules as a temporary measure. Refer to "How to compose a posted appointment in Omni Mobile" for more information.
- In most cases, Omni Mobile is limited to the same functionality that is available in GroupWise WebAccess. In WebAccess, a user cannot edit an existing appointment. In the Windows GroupWise client, a user can only edit an existing appointment by resending it (which is not an available option in WebAccess).

Hello Gordon,
Thanks for the debug client, I will get to that Monday when the Treo and its user return to the office.
Regarding the second part of your answer to me... I meant to say that I noticed that you cannot create posted appointments, nor can you edit POSTED appointments... however, you didn't answer my question... will this be added to a future release of OmniMobile? It would be a really handy feature, and in GW7.01, you certainly can edit posted appointments in WebAccess, so if OmniMobile is supposed to provide the same functionality as WebAccess... well, seems logical to me!
Thanks again, Rob

Thanks for taking the time to discuss this on the phone. It is
possible to edit POSTED appointments, tasks and notes in WebAccess 7
(but not in WebAccess 6.5). Prior to WebAccess 7, it does not appear
that the WebAccess interface allows for the composing of POSTED
calendar items. Also as we discussed, RESEND for normal appointments,
tasks and notes is not available in WebAccess to allow for the
rescheduling of normal calendar items between two or more GroupWise
users.
I am going to suggest that you submit an enhancement request to ask for
editing of POSTED calendar items. You can submit an enhancement
request using the "Contact Us" link on our www.omni-ts.com home page.
