Hi I did try emailing this to your support email a week or so ago, but I had no reply, so I'm posting this here in the hope of getting feedback.
We recently Omni Mobile for a client on their Groupwise 7.0.1 system. This is the current version 2.2.7.55. They are using O2 XDA Mini S PDA with Windows mobile.
We've seen a couple of issues with the client which we would like to feedback to yourselves.
1/ When updates get downloaded while you are looking at a folder, the list of messages does not refresh automatically. You have to close the folder and go back in again to the folder. Also, sometimes when this happens, when you choose to open up one piece of email, it opens a different one. This sounds like it is invoking the wrong item because the underlying index has been updated. Really it needs to refresh the current screen automatically. The users found this very confusing!
2/ Is the communications timeout period configurable? We are often seeing a timeout connecting to the GW webaccess server, especially when the pda boots, so there's maybe a mismatch in latency. It would be nice if we could tune the waiting for connection period.
Please let me know if you need more information.
regards
Paul Kennett

Hello, Paul.
I sent a reply to your email that includes the download link for a debug client with instructions on how to use it.
