Problem:  Customer installed SLED onto system using two nVidia dual-head VGA/DVI cards but only attached one monitor to the VGA port of each dual-head card.  System had stability problems and would not display to connected monitors once Desktop Multiplier was installed.

Cause:  Some nVidia dual-head cards require monitors to be attached to both heads at boot time to properly configure the X config file(s).  In essence, the nVidia driver will report no attached monitor to Desktop Multiplier, even if a second monitor is attached after the system boots.

Resolution:  Shut down the computer system, attach a monitor to every head (and remove nVidia dual-dead cards that will not be used) and reboot the computer.  The nVidia driver will discover active monitors attached and modify the X config file(s) appropriately.  Desktop Multiplier should then become visible on all displays, after which the users can select the applicable "F" key to assign the monitor/keyboard/mouse to the desktop session.  If Desktop Multiplier does not work correctly, refer to "After installation, one or more monitors display a black screen" for additional troubleshooting steps.
