Problem:  Customer reported that they sent their device in for repair of a bad backup battery.  After the device was returned, he restored the device from the Sprite Backup.  All applications restored, including various registration codes.  Omni Messenger displayed an invalid Device ID and kept prompting for a new licence file using the existing Device ID.

Resolution:  The user performed a hard reset and reinstalled Omni Messenger and the provided licence file which worked correctly.  Unfortunately, the user had to reinstall all other 3rd party applications as well.

Developer Note:  Should anyone else experience this problem, contact Omni Support so that a debug client can be provided to debug and correct the issue.
