Problem:  After the Omni Mobile license.key file is applied to the server, you see an error that indicates that your Servername is 123.45.67.89, for example

Cause:  This usually happens to Apache on NetWare servers when the correct TCP/IP information was not specified when the NetWare server was originally installed.

Resolution:  This problem can be corrected by:
  1. Stopping the Apache server and the Tomcat server.
  2. Edit the SYS:<Apache dir>\conf\httpd.conf file and modify the ServerName value from 123.45.67.89 to the desired DNS name or IP address of the server.
  3. Restart the Apache server and the Tomcat server.
If that does not correct the problem, please contact Omni support at 780-423-4200 or email support@omni-ts.com.
